    Yes, all photos are taken by our team — what you see is what you receive. We want you to feel confident and informed when placing your order.

    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping, which will be displayed at checkout. We have discounts and promotions throughout the year, so be sure to keep an eye out for our exclusive offers.
  • Can I see more photos before my item is shipped?
    Yes, before dispatching your order, we provide extra QC (quality control) photos and videos for your final confirmation — just to ensure everything is perfect.
  • Do you offer installment or split payments?
    At the moment, we do not offer installment payment plans.
    If you choose a custom-made bag, you may pay a 30% deposit first. Once the deposit is received, we will immediately begin the customization process.
    After the bag is completed, we will take photos of the actual product for your confirmation.
    Once you confirm everything is correct, you can pay the remaining balance, and we will then arrange shipment.
